Choose the booth size that fits your team. Each 10×10 space accommodates up to two tattoo artists and includes the standard booth package.

Add one corner to an eligible booth for an additional $75.
A 10×20 booth with two corners and premium placement is available for $1,350.
Booth inclusions multiply with each additional 10×10 space purchased.
Choose either a 50% deposit or payment in full when submitting your application. If accepted, your payment secures your booth and becomes nonrefundable.
Applications that are not accepted receive a full refund.

Each artist is responsible for all required licenses, permits, and Mississippi State Department of Health fees.
Payments become nonrefundable after acceptance. Remaining balances must be paid by March 1, 2027, to avoid booth cancellation.
Southern InkFest is photographed and recorded. Artist likenesses, booths, displayed work, and event participation may appear in official event media and promotions.
Every participating artist must be listed in the application. Each 10×10 booth allows a maximum of two tattoo artists, and every artist must comply with event and health department requirements.
Complete all five steps and submit your booth payment securely through Stripe. Please have the information below ready before beginning.
