Select the space that accommodates your entire operating footprint. Event management may correct an inaccurate space selection during application review. Contact our team before applying if your complete setup exceeds 50 feet.
A separate $200 deposit is collected at check-in. It is returned after the vendor completes the full event, follows all requirements, and passes the final space inspection. The deposit is not included in the application fee shown above.
Southern InkFest does not provide electrical power, potable water, wastewater connections, grease disposal, or individual vendor-space cleanup service.
Choose either a 50% deposit or payment in full when submitting your application. If accepted, your payment secures your food-vendor space and becomes nonrefundable.
Applicants who are not accepted receive a full refund.
The separate $200 refundable cleanup and compliance deposit is collected at check-in.
Food-vendor fees cover all three event days. Approved vendors must operate during all required hours on April 16–18, 2027, and remain onsite until authorized load-out.

All applications and menus are reviewed to limit excessive duplication. Only approved menu items and prices may be offered during the event.
Food vendors are responsible for all licenses, health permits, inspections, fire safety documents, and insurance required for their operations.
Approved vendors must operate during all required hours on April 16–18, 2027, and remain in place until authorized load-out.
Wastewater, grease, oil, food residue, sauces, and other liquids may not be dumped onsite. Grease mats or containment trays are required when applicable.
Approved vendors must carry commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including products and completed-operations coverage.
The certificate must name Kings & Queens of Ink Tattoo Expo, LLC and MS Dept. of Agriculture & Commerce as additional insureds and must cover event load-in through load-out.
Alcohol sales or distribution by food vendors are prohibited. Beverage sales and any crawfish or boiled-seafood items require prior written approval and may be restricted by event, sponsor, concession, or exclusivity agreements.
Complete all five steps and submit your food-vendor payment securely through Stripe. Please have the information and documents below ready before beginning.
