Do not upload or submit information that the form does not request. In particular, do not send complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form.
Uploaded application or inquiry documents are used to evaluate and administer the relevant submission. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers with an operational need.

We may send transactional or administrative messages relating to a submission, payment, balance, ticket, deadline, event change, safety matter, or request for support. These messages may be necessary to provide the requested service and may not include an unsubscribe option.
If you opt in to promotional email, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not prevent necessary application, payment, ticket, or event-service communications.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including administering applications and the event, completing transactions, maintaining financial and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal or insurance obligations.
Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical backup cycles and legal requirements.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. However, no website, email system, database, or Internet transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

To make a request, use our Contact page and select the most appropriate inquiry type. Describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some information may be retained or excluded from a request where permitted or required by law.

The website may link to artists, vendors, sponsors, social networks, ticketing platforms, maps, hotels, and other third-party services. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy. Review those policies before providing information.
